Director / Chartered Professional Engineer

ANITA PASSEY

Anita is a Senior Structural Engineer and has worked in and around Tauranga in the construction industry for the past 17 years, the last 12 years as a structural Engineer. Anita has experience in a wide range of engineering projects including residential, industrial, commercial and civil.

GARTH MORRIS

Garth is the director of SED Consultants Ltd where he manages the business as well as undertaking design work. Garth has over 30 years of engineering experience, predominantly in structural engineering, including a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Structural Draughtsperson

DAN HAYES

Daniel has been in the construction industry for over 28 years both in New Zealand and Australia. He has experience with Revit, AutoCad, BricsCad, Civil 3D, Autodesk Recap (for processing point cloud data), BIM360 (now called Autodesk collaborate pro) and coordinating within Navisworks.

Having completed many high end residential, Industrial, commercial, educational, public, artwork, pedestrian bridges & civil structures ensures projects receive the close attention they require and drawings are easy to follow and practical.

Structural Draughtsperson

JOHN MACAZO

John is a structural draughtsperson who has a strong background in shop drawings. He particularly specializes in concrete shop drawings and structural steel. John is proficient in using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Structural Draughtsperson

NICKY GULLIVER

Nicky studied a NZ Certificate in Architectural Draughting and has experience working in the construction industry as a Structural Draughtsperson and Architectural Technician.

Most of her experience consists of producing construction drawings using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software.

Construction Inspector

PETE MCONIE

Pete has been involved in the construction industry for 35+ years, including 20 years as a self-employed building contractor. Other roles have included Quality Auditing of Government maintenance contracts, structural assessing/loss adjusting for a national insurer and project management work. Pete joined SED in 2019 to undertake construction inspections of specifically designed engineered elements.

JAMIEE CRITCHLEY

Jamiee is an experienced Administrator / Accounts person that supports the SED team. Jamiee brings a wide range of skills and attributes to the office through daily tasks, producing documentation as well as accounts. Jamiee is the friendly face and voice who greets our clients with warmth.
